WHAT DOES OUR OFFER INCLUDE?

The offering includes accommodation in Rooms or Apartments or Cottages. All accommodations are equipped with a fridge, bathroom with shower, air conditioning during hours of stay in the house, sheets and blankets, set of towels; the Apartments and Cottages provide a gas cooker and basic dishwear, the Cottages an outside veranda with a table and benches that can be used for dining. They are also included: use of the swimming pool, a relaxation path, the garden, some outdoor tables, the barbecue, the parking lot, the WiFi internet connection in the restaurant area.

PRICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

For children up to 3 years old sleeping with their parents, the overnight stay is free. In case of a cradle supply of ours, the price is € 7.00 per night.
For children aged between 3 and 13 years:
ATTENTION: the estimate (bed) calculated by our automatic booking system considers children as adults. At the balance, 60% of the price of an adult of the unit who books will be paid for each child aged between 3 and 13 years.
Accommodations cleaning and sorting out are made when the accommodation is released and not daily.


Cleaning during your stay can be requested for € 12.00/accommodation.


Just about additional linen change costs € 5.00.


Price of washing machine use is € 5.00 per scouring (detergent is included).


 


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOUT SALES CONTRACT FOR STAY IN AGRITURISMO “TERRA DI PACE” (NOTO, SR) - LEGISLATIVE SOURCES


The contract in question is regulated, in addition to these general conditions, by the law 27/12/1977 n. 1084 of ratification and implementation of the International Convention concerning the travel contract (CCV) signed in Bruxelles on 04/23/1970, as well as by Legislative Decree n.111 of 17/03/1995 implementing Directive 90/314/CEE.


 


RESERVATIONS


Booking approval by Agriturismo Terra di Pace is subject to the availability of places.


 


PAYMENTS


The reservation made by our automatic booking system is considered confirmed following the payment of the required deposit*, equal to 30% of the total of the chosen reservation, by a payment to: Agriturismo Terra di Pace del Dott. Agr. Vincenzo Moscuzza, IBAN IT63I0503484740000000000112, Banco BPM Corso Vittorio Emanuele 178/182, 96017 Noto (SR), BIC Code (or Swift Code or Sort Code) BAPPIT21P93 within 5 working days, by sending the screenshot of the deposit* payment receipt or by e-mail to terradipace@gmail.com or by whatsapp to the number +393283595673.


Failure to receive the payment receipt by the Agriturismo about mentioned deposit* above at the latest within and no later than 5 working days from the date of the start of the booking process constitutes an immediate termination clause of the Contract and authorizes the Agriturismo itself to remove from the room-list the reservation made.


Please enter the surname of the person who made the booking, the name of the chosen accommodation and the period of stay on the “reason for payment”.


Entries “Bank transfer/Cash” and “Payment on arrival” reported on our online booking form refer to stay balance payment, not to deposit payment. Customers, in fact, could pay the balance of their own stay by: or Bank transfer, or Cash, or POS, being able to choose to pay on arrival, as well.


 


GUESTS’ WITHDRAW AND REPLACEMENT


In case of renunciation of the stay, the customer must communicate it by sending a registered mail to Agriturismo Terra di Pace C.da Zisola n. 92, 96017 Noto (SR) or by sending a certified e-mail to vincenzo.moscuzza@postecert.it and simultaneously sending an e-mail to terradipace@gmail.com.


The customer - at the discretion of the Structure - will be entitled to a refund of 50% about the deposit* paid if the cancellation notice is received within 30 days before to the start date of the booked stay. If the cancellation is notified within a number of days less than 30 compared to the date of the beginning of the stay, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.


The traveler who is unable to proceed with the holiday booked can transfer the booking to a person who satisfies all the conditions required for the stay, giving an early communication about it to the Agriturismo Terra di Pace and in any case within 4 working days before the beginning of the stay.


 


RESPONSIBILITY


The Agriturismo Terra di Pace is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, strikes or problems concerning pick-up services causing delays or other changes to the period of stay.


The Agriturismo itself is not responsible for damage to the customer caused by the non-compliance in whole or in part about the contractual services if this is caused by the customer, by unforeseeable circumstances, by force majeure, i.e. by circumstances that reasonably the Agriturismo could not predict or solve, according to the professional diligence.


 


* deposit: «If the right of withdrawal is stipulated in the contract for one or both parties, the deposit has the only function of paying the withdrawal. In this case, the withdrawer loses the deposit or must return double about that one he received» (art. 1386 c.c.).
